With a solid background in accounting and banking, Alan has the ability to offer the professional financial services and advice you need most. He has consulted nationwide with both start-up and well established companies, to develop corporate strategies to reduce employee turnover, increase organizational efficiency and promote stakeholder satisfaction.
Joe is NovaPoint’s chief investment officer and lead portfolio manager for the firm’s investment strategies. He has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to founding NovaPoint, Joe was a portfolio manager at Spectrum Advisory Services and GMT Capital in Atlanta and Epoch Investment Partners in New York. He also worked as an equity research analyst at Merrill Lynch and ABN Amro. Before beginning his investment career, Joe was an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Market Technician (CMT). Joe’s volunteer activities are focused on helping military veterans by starting the Bunker Labs Atlanta chapter and as treasurer for the U.S. Army Ranger Association..
Larry leads NovaPoint’s accounting, tax and outsourced CFO business, NovaPoint CFO. He built his previous company, Atlas Solutions, as a solo entrepreneur before merging into NovaPoint CFO. Larry began his career as a field artillery officer in the United States Army. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he was a four-year letterman on the football team. Larry is a certified Enrolled Agent, recognized by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Jeff provides for financial planning and wealth management to My Pro CFO’s clients. Previously, Jeff was a Vice President in the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch. He also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Department of Defense. Prior to his private sector career, Jeff was a Field Artillery officer in the U.S. Army. He earned his BA from the University of Texas and MBA from the University of Maryland. Jeff is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He serves on the Board of Elders of Piedmont Church in Marietta and on the Board of Directors of CureCP, a non-profit that directly helps children with cerebral palsy by funding innovative research, clinical trials, and studies at medical institutions in the U.S.
Additionally, he is a member of the U.S. Army Ranger Association, Northeast Cobb Business Association, the Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals, and participates in other community organizations that support the special needs and veteran communities.
